Your Role:

The Sales Operation Analyst will support to Go-To-Market team to provide visibility and direction to meet organizational goals. This role will be responsible for creating and managing reports and identifying issues and opportunities for GTM Leadership. The Sales Op Analyst has an understanding and insight into the university life cycle and CEA CAPA relationships to their top partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in sales pipeline management
• Maintain reports and dashboards for GTM, including updating in CRM & Excel
• Identify and implement process improvements to the sales pipeline process in partnership with go-to-market Leadership
• Ad hoc reporting and modeling; analyze and provide insights to sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Review objects entered by the Institution Relations team and work to correct missing information and discrepancies
• Coordinate tickets for continuous salesforce improvement
• Partner with GTM departments on operational updates
• Collaborate with IR on new and renewal Affiliation agreements while managing current database of affiliates

What Makes a Great Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a CRM (preferably SalesForce)
• 2-3 years of experience in Higher Education preferred
• Intermediate Excel proficiency

Starting Salary: $50,000
